Pneumo Abex Corp., a unit of Chicago-based IC Industries Inc., said it completed the sale of its Waukesha Pump Division to AMCA International Corp. of Hanover, N.H. Terms weren`t disclosed. The division, located in Waukesha, Wis., manufactures pumps for the food industry. The sale doesn`t include the Waukesha Foundry unit.
