Police arrested two men after a traffic stop Sunday at U.S. Highway 14 and Arlington Club. Miguel A. Angeles, 20, of 7512 Silver Lake Drive, Cary, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Wilfrido Angeles, 19, of 9 Spring St., Cary, was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
