Police detained two men sitting in a parked car in the 300 block of Jervey Lane early Monday after they smelled burning cannabis, police said. A small amount of the drug was confiscated, and police arrested Joseph K. Constantino, 19, of 411 Wood Hollow Lane, Bartlett, and Brandon C. Martin, 19, of 324 Jervey Lane, Bartlett. The men were charged with loitering on a public street for the purpose of drug activity. A court date is set for June 2.
