Kenya Smith, 24, of 15812 S. Lincoln Ave., Harvey, was arrested Friday after allegedly taking a $40 toy from Kohl’s department store, 3 Orland Park Pl., according to police. She was charged with retail theft and is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 25.
