A 75-year-old Orland Park woman was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage after her car struck a parked car May 28 in the 13600 block of South 84th Avenue, police said. Brandy Whitlow, of 14135 S. 84th Ave., is scheduled to appear in court June 16.
