Following an investigation Wednesday into a minor traffic accident at the intersection of Grant Highway and Illinois Highway 23, Kristen L. Anchor, 26, of the 600 block of 4th Avenue was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and improper lane usage. There were no injuries and minimal damage in the accident.
