A 43-year-old Woodridge man was arrested after a check of his license plate showed that he was wanted by DuPage County authorities on charges of failing to appear in court, police said. Steven Konkel of the 7200 block of Woodward Avenue was stopped near his home and charged with failure to appear and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.
