A 35-year-old York Township woman was arrested Sunday for allegedly stealing cosmetics and pharmaceuticals valued at $60 from Dominick’s Finer Foods, 42 E. Ogden Ave. Katherine M. Hurlbut of the 2S600 block of Avenue Normande was charged with retail theft, police said.
