Neumann Homes has introduced the Milestone Series, a new collection of floor plans including four ranch designs, a raised ranch, two tri-levels and a two-story layout.

The series is available at NeuCountry Estates in Woodstock, Prairie Ridge in Minooka, NeuCort Lakes in Cortland, Clublands Caton Farm Road in Joliet, and Deer Creek Estates in Racine.

Designs range from 1,407 to 2,240 square feet and have two or three bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and two-car garages. While pricing varies by development, base prices range from $142,990 to $254,990.

One of the largest plans is the 2,160-square-foot Jackson. It has an entry foyer, dining room, great room, master suite, two secondary bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen with dinette, partial basement and two-car garage. It is base-priced from $225,990 at NeuCountry Estates in Woodstock.

Pre-construction sales are under way for St. Lawrence on the Park, a new 22-unit condominium development planned at 5050 S. St. Lawrence Ave. in the Washington Park neighborhood by Morhyne Development Co.

Units are priced from $199,900 for one-bedroom, one-bath designs with 1,084 square feet. Two-bedroom, two-bath units with 1,542 square feet are priced from $295,900; three-bedroom, two-bath plans with 1,642 square feet, from $320,900; and four-bedroom, four-bath residences with 2,114 square feet, from $420,900. Prices include one heated indoor parking space.

The five-story elevator building will have salmon and brown face brick, limestone and concrete facade accented with metal balcony railings and decks. Building grounds will be professionally landscaped.

Building amenities include an exercise room and a common-area patio and rooftop walking track. There will also be a lobby with entry phone system, a passenger elevator, heated indoor garage, individual unit storage lockers and wheelchair accessibility.

St. Lawrence on the Park is just north of Washington Park at 51st Street and St. Lawrence, just east of Martin Luther King Drive. The off-site sales center at 1300 E. 47th St., on the second floor of the Hyde Park Co-Op Market, has a furnished two-bedroom vignette model with living area, kitchen and bathroom.

Two homes are available for 90-day delivery at Chapman Court in Darien, an infill development of 15 residences by Chestnut Homes.

Chapman Court is an addition to the Smart Oaks Glen development near 82nd Street and Cass Avenue in Darien.

Five floor plans range from 2,863 to 3,623 square feet and are priced from $544,990 to $609,990. They have three to five bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths. Two of the designs include three-car garages.

The two early-delivery homes are a 3,043-square-foot Carrington design and a 3,050-square-foot Essington plan.

The Carrington has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a first-floor den, an extended family room, split staircase, island kitchen and two-story foyer. The master suite has a sitting room, two walk-in closets and a private bath with whirlpool tub. It is priced at about $650,000.

The Essington has four bedrooms and three baths, a first-floor den, family room, island kitchen with a bay window, breakfast bar, and living and dining rooms. The master bedroom has two walk-in closets and a bath with double vanities, whirlpool tub and separate shower.

Both homes come with a full landscaping package and an extended 10-year homeowners warranty. Lots at Chapman Court range from 10,000 to almost 20,000 square feet.

To visit, take Interstate Highway 55 to Cass Avenue. Head north on Cass to Frontage Road, turn west to Bailey Road, then north to Chapman Court.
