Henry A. “Hank” Witt, age 93, of Venice, FL, formerly of Westmont, IL. Passed away peacefully Oct. 1, 2006. Preceded in death by his wife, Helen; son Richard (Georgia). Hank is survived by his loving son Donald (Lupe) Witt; “Gramps” to Linda (Joe) Shedlock, Ellen Walter, Lisa (David) Beattie, Claudine Kruse, Michael Witt, Richard (Maggie) Witt; devoted “Pa-Pa” of Julianna, John, Matthew, Max Henry Beattie, Joshua Kruse; brother-in-law, Harold Chott, Delores Chott; and many nieces and nephews. Also survived by friends at the Oak Park Arms. Visitation Friday, 3 to 9 p.m., at Drechsler, Brown & Williams Funeral Home, 203 S.
