Clifford R. Anderson, age 79, US Naval Veteran of WWII, late of Oak Lawn, passed away Monday, April 30, 2007. He was an active participant at Trinity Covenant and Covenant Harbor Bible Camp, beloved son of late Axel (late Ellen, nee Olson) Anderson; cherished husband of Patricia L, nee Gilkinson; devoted father of Stephen (Michele), Dave (Darilyn), Mark (Lisa) and John (Sheila); loving brother Elsa (Charles) Wiberg and brother-in-law of William (late Vernette) Gilkinson; dearest grandfather of Laura, Dan, Liz, Jacob, Kyra, Matthew, Luke, Rachael, Erik, Nathan, Emily, and Ellen; fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Committal service will be conducted Thursday, May 3, 2007, at Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery Chapel, at 2:30 p.m. A Memorial service will be conducted on Thursday, at 7 p.m. at Trinity Evangelical Covenant Church, with Dr. James Sandberg, Pastor officiating, 9230 S. Pulaski Rd. Visitation Wednesday, from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the Edgar Funeral Home,10900 S. Cicero Ave., Oak Lawn.
