Henry J. Ratcliffe, 92, of Chicago, passed away May 24, 2007. He was born November 2, 1914 in Little Rock, AR, the son of the late Henry L. and Beatrice (Duncan) Ratcliffe; brother of the late Harold Ratcliffe and Jimmye (Ratcliffe) Meekins. He was a Veteran and served in the U.S. Navy during W.W. II. A social worker, he retired in 1976 after a 21 year career as a U.S. Probation Officer.
