Britney Spears will not lose custody of her two sons, but a judge has ordered the singer to undergo twice-weekly drug and alcohol testing and to meet with a “parenting coach” in order to continue to share custody with ex-husband Kevin Federline, tmz.com reports.

Spears is a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of controlled substances and alcohol, L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon said in a ruling in Spears’ custody battle with Federline, according to court documents released Tuesday and posted to TMZ.

No changes were made to the 50-50 custody arrangement Spears has with Federline over their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
