Highway 99 south of Fresno — the site of a 108-vehicle pileup Saturday morning that killed a 5-year-old boy and a 26-year-old man and injured about three dozen people — remained a huge accident investigation scene Saturday.

On Saturday night, California Highway Patrol officers announced the arrest of an unidentified 62-year-old man on suspicion of DUI. Police think the man may have been at the forefront of the collision that happened just before 8 a.m. in heavy fog. The names of the two who died were not released as of early Saturday afternoon.
