A 15-year-old boy was charged with murder Sunday in the shooting deaths of his parents and two younger brothers in their Cockeysville, Md., home. Nicholas Waggoner Browning was charged with four counts of first-degree murder in the slayings and was charged as an adult. On Friday night, the teen shot each of them using his father’s handgun, which was in the house, police said.
