The Lake County News-Sun reports: A Zion man is being held on $1 million bond for allegedly having sex with an 8-year-old. The victim didn’t report the assault for three years.
Cameron B. Flint, 33, of the 3000 block of Elisha Avenue, has been charged with one count of criminal sexual assault of a child, a Class X felony.
Winthrop Harbor Det. Chris Willets said the child, who is now 11, reported the incident to school officials Sept. 23.
