A Crystal Lake man was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter Thursday after punching a man outside a bar and then flexing his muscles.

Dustin Goy, 32, of the 900 block of Golf Course Road, was found guilty of recklessly causing the death of Anthony Carlsen, 45, also of Crystal Lake.

Goy “blindsided” Carlsen after an argument with Goy’s friends outside a Crystal Lake tavern, prosecution witnesses testified.

Goy could be given probation or a two- to five-year prison sentence, prosecutors said.
