In the spirit of Halloween, the Tribune asked four Chicago athletes some scary questions.
Who is your scariest teammate?
Joakim Noah: Jerome James. Not because of how big he is and all that. But because the other day he came in and put a song on by Soulja Boy called “LOL Smiley Face.” And it’s like for 12-year-olds. And for me, that was pretty scary.
Desmond Clark: Olin Kreutz.
Nick Roach: I wouldn’t mess with Rashied Davis because he’s from L.A.
Patrick Kane: Dustin Byfuglien. He’s 250 pounds and just looks like a mean guy. But he’s actually one of the nicest kids on the team.
Scariest movie?
Noah: I stay away from those all the time. Why would I want to be scared?
Clark: I don’t watch scary movies [now], but I used to watch “Friday the 13th” back then.
Roach: “Texas Chainsaw Massacre,” the first remake.
Kane: I like the “Saw” movies.
Worst costume you ever wore?
Noah: That’s a close call between a Dracula once and the time I dressed up as a pumpkin.
Clark: Throwback basketball player with short shorts in 2000. We had a party out in Denver.
Roach: I was Spider-Man one time when I was younger, probably 8 or 9.
Kane: When I was a little kid I was Humpty Dumpty so that would be right up there.
