The list
Other possible explanations for the reported shoving match between Bulls executive vice president John Paxson and head coach Vinny Del Negro, ostensibly over Joakim Noah’s playing time:
*Despite orders from the follically challenged Paxson, well-coiffed Del Negro refused to shave his head.
*Thought it was Conan O’Brien/Jay Leno Impersonation Night.
*Del Negro did Paxson’s taxes last year, and guess who got audited.
*Paxson sided with Jon, Del Negro with Kate.
*Paxson said, “Why don’t you get lost?” Del Negro thought he was talking about television.
