Too bad famously-witted Dorothy Parker isn’t here to review celebrity doodler Kitty Kelly’s newest doorstop, “Oprah: A Biography” (Tribune, LIVE, April 13th, “O, really?”). I can hear Dottie now: “What a horrendous waste of trees. Someone needs to gift her publisher with a Webster’s so that they can rightfully distinguish between fiction and fact. Slamming the book against the wall would be too good a fate. However ? ? it would be beneficial for spring cleaning. Just rip out the pages and wipe windows dry with them. That oughta sell a lot of books!”
