Former “Family Ties” star Meredith Baxter claimed Tuesday on the “Today” show that her marriage to actor David Birney was an abusive relationship, Eonline.com reports. Birney, interviewer Matt Lauer noted, denies the allegations.
During a previous interview on “Today,” Baxter revealed she is a lesbian.
