A registered sex offender was arrested this week after police allegedly found the Wonder Lake man in possession of child pornography.
Lance R. Portzen, 25, of the 5300 block of Hilltop Drive, was charged with 10 felony counts of possession of child pornography and a count of unlawful violation of the Illinois Sex Offender Registration Act, authorities said.
