Employees of the recently closed Rolf’s Patisserie in Lincolnwood could receive payment for their final paychecks and remaining vacation time, an attorney for the employees said.

“We were advised (Rolf’s) will pay final checks and vacation pay,” said labor attorney Thomas Geoghegan, whose firm is representing the employees in their federal lawsuit filed last week.

But Geoghegan said the employees are still proceeding with their suit, which also claims the bakery failed to properly notify employees of its closure and make good on remaining vacation time.
