TORONTO, March 29 (Reuters) – Toronto’s main stock index

fell to a near 11-week low on Thursday as financial and energy

issues skidded after U.S. jobless data fueled worries about the

pace of global economic recovery.

The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P;/TSX composite index

unofficially closed down 74.50 points, or 0.60

percent, at 12,339.36.
