to MidCap 400 and SmallCap 600 indexes

S&P; Dow Jones Indices said after the close on Wednesday that
SolarWinds Inc will replace Gen-Probe Inc in
the S&P; MidCap 400 index after the close of trading on
Tuesday, July 31. Also on July 31, HealthStream Inc
will replace GeoResources in the S&P; SmallCap 600 index
.
