For Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance’s sixth annual Fleurotica fashion show June 12, guests could smell the fashions as well as view them as models wore designs created entirely of flowers and plant materials and sashayed down a runway in Horticulture Hall. Themed “Where Flowers Are the Fashion,” the event supported the conservatory’s nature education and early childhood programming, as well as student visits for conservatory guests and groups.
