If people really wished to help the poor in Illinois, they would vote for someone who will at least try and create jobs for people, rather than for one who has, for the past six years, chased jobs away.

Look at the recovery of the economies of Wisconsin and Indiana, much of which was done by taking away Illinois jobs.

If jobs are created, the poor will have incomes from employment rather than from the state. Think about it: The more jobs that are lost, the more unemployed are created, which creates more dependency on the state for income.

The Democrats in office may not be the smartest people in the world, but they are smart enough to realize the loss of jobs and that the dependency of the poor on state income creates votes for them. It kills the state in two ways. Additionally, it is just one of the many examples as to why there should be term limits.
