If you ever think, “Man, I wish more big-name comedians would come to Chicago in some sort of festival-esque setting,” you’re both right and in for a treat.
Today the Onion and its entertainment site the A.V. Club announced the Third Annual 26th Annual Comedy Festival (no, that’s not a typo, we’re dealing with the Onion here), which returns to Chicago June 1-5 and features heavy hitters like Tracy Morgan, Sarah Silverman, Reggie Watts (seen nightly leading the band for James Corden on the “Late Late Show”) and lots more. I’m particularly excited about Big Terrific, the group containing Jenny Slate (“Obvious Child,” “Kroll Show”), Gabe Liedman (“Brooklyn Nine-Nine”) and Max Silvestri.
Tickets for Morgan and Silverman go on sale 10 a.m. Thursday, and all other shows are on sale now. See below for the full schedule and click here for more info and to purchase tickets..
