More food trucks than ever before are headed to Lincolnshire this summer.
The “Food Truck Fridays” series in the village will start its third year on May 20. Happening every two weeks through Sept. 23, 10 food trucks will fill the parking lot at 300 Knightsbridge Parkway and serve food from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to the village’s website.
Although village officials have said that they intended the event for office employees located nearby on their lunch breaks, all food truck dates are open to anyone who walks or drives to the parking lot.
