Jose Ramirez hit a solo home run in the second, Rajai Davis added a two-run homer in the fifth and former White Sox Juan Uribe hit a solo shot in the seventh for the Indians (23-20) during their 4-1 victory Monday to split a doubleheader with the Sox at U.S. Cellular Field. Melky Cabrera singled home Todd Frazier in the third for the Sox’s only run.

The White Sox (27-19) won the first game 7-6.

At the plate

Frazier was 2-for-4 and has reached base in nine of his last 13 plate appearances.

On the mound

In his second start this season for the Sox, Erik Johnson allowed five runs, six hits, three walks and struck out five in 6 2/3 innings.

In the field

Sox catcher Alex Avila made a nice play on Michael Martinez’s dribbler in the third inning.
