A driver crashed a stolen vehicle into a building Sunday after leading police officers on a chase, Chicago police said.
The vehicle crashed around 8:05 p.m. in the 600 block of East 79th Street in the South Side’s Chatham neighborhood.
Officers recovered a weapon from the car after the crash.
Police did not release any additional information.
