I was dismayed and shocked to read your recent editorial regarding maintaining one’s blood pressure when Trump rants. This is a person who is unqualified to be president of the United States, regardless of how he made it to that position. He is inept, incompetent, dangerous and totally unfit. Sadly, you can wait and focus on whether he does his job as president, but it will never happen. He is not going to promote peace, increase “real” national security, or fix health care. He is a self-serving narcissist willing to cut all ties with former world allies and spark controversies that have real consequences.
I am surprised that you gloss over his “outbursts” as expressions of his shortcomings when he has shown during his entire adult life that he has no higher level of interaction or expression. He is vindictive and, unfortunately, does not possess the intellect, the talents, the personality, nor the abilities to either understand the responsibilities of the presidency or ever effectively shoulder them.
