With the close of the recent session of the Illinois General Assembly, first year governor J.B. Pritzker got everything he wanted. Expanded gambling, legal marijuana, progressive tax on the ballot, doubling of the gas tax and a sharp increase in many fees. This can only speed up the Illinois exodus. (Unless people are too broke from gambling or too high to get out…)
