Two volunteers play the role of escaping students during a full scale “active shooter” exercise on the school grounds of Elmira High School, April 27, 2013, in Elmira, Oregon. Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to the drill, which tested interagency response to a school shooting and involved volunteer students and staff members.
