DePaul’s game next week at third-ranked Villanova has been postponed, one of three schedule adjustments for the Blue Demons that the Big East announced Monday.

DePaul’s game Wednesday against Xavier at Wintrust Arena also was postponed because of COVID-19-related issues in the Xavier program. And the Blue Demons’ previously postponed game Jan. 2 at St. John’s was rescheduled for Feb. 20.

A date for the rescheduled Villanova game, originally slated for Feb. 9, will be announced once it’s finalized.

DePaul has had 14 games this season either postponed or canceled. The Blue Demons have made up three games, and three others now have makeup dates, including Saturday’s game at Butler.

Both of the games postponed Monday were postponed for the second time.
