The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
1. Richard Carlyle Crumble, 37, of the 1100 block of North Leamington Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, improper window tinting and obstructed windshield or front/side window at 10:59 p.m. Feb. 3 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.
2. Manuel Salcedo Salas, 23, of the 5700 block of South Holman Avenue, was arrested on a warrant at 12:34 a.m. Feb. 4 in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
3. Xavier P. Caffey, 30, of the 900 block of Fairway Drive, Naperville, was arrested on the charge of murder at 3:53 p.m. Feb. 4 at his home.
4. Jose Joaquin Ramirez, 31, of the 100 block of Testa Drive, Naperville, was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions and leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage at 7:22 p.m. Feb. 4 at North Route 59 and West Jefferson Avenue.
5. Jonathan E. Lopez-Granados, 29, of the 300 block of North Liberty Street, Elgin, was arrested on a warrant at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 4 at La Salle Avenue and North Route 59.
6. Fletcher N. Smith, 54, of the 1200 block of West Jackson Boulevard, Chicago, was arrested on a warrant at 10:46 p.m. Feb. 4 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.
7. Desean Sanders, 28, of the 600 block of North Day Avenue, Rockford, was arrested on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/vehicle and operating an electronic communication device while operating a vehicle at 11:20 p.m. Feb. 4 at Aurora Avenue and West Ogden Avenue.
8. Raymond D. Velazquez, 26, of the 1400 block of Fechner Circle, North Aurora, was arrested on charges of driving without insurance, driving without a valid license/permit and speeding at 1:54 a.m. Feb. 5 at East New York Street and South Route 59.
9. Sara E. Swanson, 49, of the 800 block of Beaumont Drive, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 5 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
10. Bryan Sanchez, 28, of the 2100 block of Arizona Avenue, Rockford, was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance at 9:02 p.m. Feb. 5 at North Route 59 and East Interstate 88.
