The following items were taken from Northbrook Police Department reports and news release records. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

BANK ROBBERY

Three men entered BMO Harris Bank in the 1100 block of Willow Road, went to the teller’s window, brandished a firearm and demanded money Dec. 15. They fled with an unknown amount of cash. This incident is being investigated by the Chicago FBI Field Office and the Northbrook Police Department.

THEFT

Traveon L. Phillips of Waukegan was charged with theft Dec. 13. Staff at a retail business in the 900 block of Willow Road encountered Phillips after he placed several bottles of perfume in a bag and left the store without paying. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County Court Jan. 3 in Skokie.

Jason M. Razdik of Middleton, Wis., was charged with theft Dec. 9. Personnel at a retail business in the 1500 block of Lake Cook Road observed Razdik conceal a sweater on his person. He attempted to leave the store without paying but was stopped by shop staff. Police also learned there was an outstanding warrant issued in Rosemont against Razdik for a similar offense. He was transported to the Cook County jail and is scheduled to appear in Cook County Court Jan. 17 in Skokie.

A resident in the 1000 block of Waukegan Road reported the cellular telephone the resident ordered was delivered to the residence and stolen by an unknown individual or individuals before the resident could get it Dec. 14.

A person reported Dec. 14 after ordering a handbag to be delivered to a retail business in the 1400 block of Lake Cook Road. When the person arrived at the store, the box was tampered with and the merchandise was not in the container.

A person reported their wallet fell out of their handbag while shopping in a retail business in the 100 block of Skokie Blvd. Dec. 10. The person’s credit cards were fraudulently used.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Kevin Marin, Benjamin M. Fernandez and Daniel S. Gonzalez, all of Chicago, were charged with disorderly conduct Dec. 14. The three men entered a retail business in the 100 block of Skokie Blvd., became angry, yelled profanities at personnel in the store and threw clothes on the floor. They were released on bond and are scheduled to appear in Cook County court Jan. 18 in Skokie.

BURGLARY

An unknown individual or individuals broke into a home in the 1800 block of Oak Avenue through a rear sliding glass door taking several wrapped gifts, a recycling bin and several other items Dec. 11.

FORGERY

A Northbrook resident reported Dec. 14 an unknown individual or individuals intercepted a check originally sent to a utility company, altered it and cashed it for $8,250.00.
