Moving violation
Fernanda Vindell Moreno, 18, of Elgin, was charged Jan. 15 with driving without a valid driver’s license. Moreno is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 22 in Rolling Meadows.
Fraud
There was a report of fraud Jan. 20 in the 1400 block of South Barrington Road.
Theft
There was a report of theft Jan. 20 in the 200 block of North Northwest Highway.
