The following items were taken from Northbrook Police Department reports, press release records. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

INVALID LICENSE

Tiffany F. Campbell, of Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended license, unlawful possession of a fraudulent identification card and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident May 29. Police responded to a crash near the intersection of Willow and Waukegan roads in which Campbell was involved. She showed the officers an identification card which was fraudulent and they then learned her license was suspended, police said.

UNDERAGE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PURCHASE

Nash A. Johnson, of Northbrook, was charged with possessing and purchasing an alcoholic beverage while under 21 on May 27. Johnson was a passenger in a vehicle in which the driver was stopped for traffic violations in the 2700 block of Dundee Road. Before stopping the vehicle, police said they observed Nash leave a liquor store with an alcoholic beverage. After stopping the vehicle, police learned Nash was 18. He is scheduled to appear in Cook County court June 15 in Skokie.

THEFT

David E. Heidner, of Bloomingdale, was charged with two counts of retail theft and apprehended on three outstanding warrants from the Cook County Sheriff’s Office for the same offense May 28. The manager of a store in the 700 block of Skokie Boulevard recognized Heidner as someone who was a suspect in two previous retail thefts. He is scheduled to appear in Cook County court June 15 in Skokie.

Elizabeth S. Fay ,of Northbrook, was charged with theft and criminal damage to property May 31. She stole tools and a tool bag from a utility worker working in the 1800 block of Somerset Lane. When confronted by police, she admitted taking the items. She is scheduled to appear in Cook County court July 20 in Skokie.

Guadalupe Flores-De Los Santos of Chicago was charged with retail theft May 26. The loss prevention staff at a retail business in the 100 block of Skokie Blvd. saw Santos place items into a backpack and leave the store without paying. Santos He is scheduled to appear in Cook County court June 15 in Skokie.

An unknown individual took $50 from a wallet sitting on a bench in the 2700 block of Techny Road May 31.

IDENTITY THEFT

A Northbrook resident reported May 26 an unknown individual obtained control over the resident’s online account, made several purchases and got the packages at retail stores in the area.
