Officers responded to a call for service around 11:30 p.m. in the 5000 block of W. West End Avenue for three victims struck by gunfire, police said. A preliminary investigation indicates that a man pulled out a gun during an argument and shot the three teens before he fled in a black SUV, police said.
An 18-year-old woman was shot once in the chest and is in critical condition.
A 17-year-old girl is in fair condition after being wounded in a hip and her torso.
A 19-year-old suffered a graze wound to an arm and is listed in good condition.
The three teens were taken to Stroger Hospital, police said. No suspects are in custody, and police said detectives are investigating.
