2. St. Charles East 14-4 (3): Andrew Evans goes 7-for-11 with double and home run against Glenbard North as Saints sweep three-game series in DuKane Conference.

3. West Aurora 15-5 (4): Behind pitching of Tyler Fecht and Zach Toma, the Blackhawks take two Upstate Eight Conference games from Bartlett by combined 5-1 count.

4. Jacobs 12-4 (2): George Donze guts out complete game in 6-5 win over McHenry as part of tough 1-2 week for the Golden Eagles.

5. South Elgin 13-5 (5): Ethan Tuftedal doubles twice in 7-5 win over Glenbard East as the Storm move to 6-0 in the Upstate Eight Conference.

6. Yorkville 12-7 (6): Frankie Pavlik and Kamden Muell each double twice in 10-5 nonconference win over Glenbrook South after dropping the Southwest Prairie Conference series to Minooka.

7. St. Charles North 10-7-2 (9): Brody Phelps hits go-ahead RBI single in eighth inning as North Stars clinch DuKane Conference series with 3-2 win over Wheaton North.

8. Hampshire 11-6-1 (7): Sophomore right-hander Lucas Prange strikes out six in 4 1/3 innings of relief for Whip-Purs in 6-2 Fox Valley Conference win over Dundee-Crown.

9. Bartlett 12-8 (8): Brandon Pelz and Ryan Smith each hit home runs in 7-5 win over West Chicago to snap three-game losing streak.

10. Aurora Christian 14-3 (10): Jack Healy and Adan Sweeney combine for seven strikeouts and throw combined no-hitter in 3-0 win over Holy Trinity.

Senior pitcher Zach Zappia strikes out 13 for Aurora Christian in 8-0 complete-game shutout of Northridge. He also goes 8-for-12 with three doubles and seven RBIs over four games.
