The Lake Zurich Fire Department responded to calls of fallen power lines at Copperfield and Old McHenry Roads and at the Zurich Inn, 20 S. Rand Rd. Lightning struck the power line pole at Cooperfield and Old McHenry late Tuesday. A Fire Department spokesman said storm winds knocked down the power line at the Zurich Inn.
