Joseph B. Cicero, age 68, beloved husband of Marilyn, nee Karpinski; loving father of Marc (Lindsey), Lisa (Matt) Wilson and Erica (Joseph) Shidle; devoted son of the late Sam and Theresa Cicero; adoring Poppie of Cecilia and Julia Wilson, Margo Cicero and Laura Shidle. Mr. Cicero was a graduate of the University of Illinois, Class of 1960, and a graduate of University of Chicago Law School, Class of 1963, retired Executive Director of the North River Commission and former labor union General Counsel.
