Three Cary-Grove High School students were charged with eavesdropping this week for videotaping a female classmate engaged in sexual activity, Cary police said.
Vincent M. Witten of the 300 block of Ann Street, Nicholas B. Parfitt of the 0-99 block of Fairfield Lane, and Stefen W. Mueller of the 700 block of Merrimac Street, all 17-year-old Cary residents, were charged Monday and released after posting $750 each, police Detective Sgt. Ed Synek said.
While investigating a complaint by a different girl, police found a video camera at Parfitt’s home, Synek said. On it were images of a 17-year-old Cary girl with one of the accused boys recorded at Witten’s home Jan. 6, Synek said.
All three boys collaborated in taking the videos, Synek said.
