Fans of Jessica Biel’s sculpted body might want to listen to the man behind her biceps: personal trainer Jason Walsh.
In an interview with usmagazine.com, Walsh dished that Biel’s workouts incorporate full-body movements that use multiple muscles at once to jack up her heart rate.
Walsh also suggested eating snacks that provide sustained energy — “really organic and clean foods, all natural, like nuts,” and “an amino acid drink, so that you’re not burning up a lot of your muscle, or protein.”
Ha! Watch out, Biel. You’re in for some competition. … So, uh, Diet Coke counts as an amino acid drink, right?
