The judge said that if Brit is getting lit, she must quit. But just hours after being admonished and ordered to undergo random drug and alcohol tests, Britney Spears hit the Los Angeles club scene Tuesday night with Avril Lavigne, People.com reports.
She might have ordered club soda, though.
Things are looking bad for Spears lately, but she does have some people in her corner. Justin Timberlake told Oprah Winfrey that his ex-girlfriend is a great person with a “huge heart.”
He also said he hasn’t spoken to Spears in a long time and couldn’t offer an explanation for her bizarre behavior.

Personals was compiled by Emily Rosenbaum from Tribune news services and staff reports. “What do you think is going on with Britney?” Winfrey asked during an interview that aired Wednesday.
“I don’t know, to be honest with you. I haven’t spoken to her in years,” the singer said. “There’s no ill will. I have nothing but love for her.”
Kanye West, meanwhile, wants to clear the air about the things he said about Spears in the wake of the Video Music Awards meltdown.
A magazine reported that he called the pop tart “pathetic,” but West told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show Wednesday that he would never use such a word.
“I never downed Britney; all I said is I felt like I should perform over her. But I never dissed Britney. … If anything, I feel more sorry for her. This is really a tough game, and I feel like at this point she’s being chewed up. … I’d rather help her than say something to hurt her.”
