A Rogers Park man has been arrested in a string of burglaries on two adjacent blocks in his Far North Side neighborhood dating to mid-January, according to Chicago police and court records.

Andrew Graszer, 27, of the 1300 block of West Estes Avenue, was arrested about 1:15 p.m. Tuesday after police identified him as the suspect in the six burglaries, according to a news release. Graszer appeared in Cook County Central Bond Court and was ordered held in lieu of $30,000 bail in a hearing before Judge Maria Kuriakos Ciesil, according to court records.

Graszer is suspected in five burglaries in the 7000 block of North Glenwood Avenue dating to Jan. 15, and one in the 6900 block of North Glenwood, which happened about 2:30 a.m. in a bar or tavern in that block, according to police and police records. Graszer lives one block north of where most of the burglaries took place — in the 1300 block of Estes, at Glenwood.

The burglaries in the 7000 block of North Glenwood included:

* Three about 10 p.m. March 14 at unspecified locations.

* One about 4:30 a.m. Jan. 28 at an unspecified location.
