Name: Kendall Coleman
Year in school: Senior
School: Mount Carmel
Sport: Wrestling
Position: 145-pound class
Highlights: Coleman ended the regular season by winning the Catholic League title in the 145-pound weight class, defeating Loyola’s Sean Cloherty in the championship match. Coleman (30-4) was named the Lawless Award winner as the conference’s top wrestler. Coleman is ranked No. 10 in the nation by InterMat.
Quote: “I’ve always wanted to win Catholic League,” Coleman said. “It’s a big accomplishment, especially now with all the tougher competition. It means a lot as a senior.”

Year in school: Sophomore
School: Morgan Park
Sport: Boys Basketball
Position: Guard
Highlights: In six games, Miller averaged 23.8 points, eight assists, six rebounds and two steals. In a 76-67 victory over Fenwick, he sank nine 3-pointers and finished with 32 points. He also had 30 points in a game against Bolingbrook.
Quote: “Adam is one of the top prospects if not the top prospect, in the 2020 class,” Morgan Park coach Nick Irvin said. “He’s been playing incredible. He’s doing it all for us.”

Sport: Girls basketball
Highlights: In seven games, Tyler averaged 19 points and four rebounds. She scored 31 points in a 61-33 victory over T.F. South, and had 20 points in a 51-42 win over Evergreen Park that kept the Argonauts (16-6, 9-0) unbeaten in conference.
Quote: “Chatori’s work (of late) is symbolic of her career, a mark of consistency and high performances in high-stake games,” Argo coach Dan McCarthy said. “Chatori has brought this program to heights that it hasn’t seen in a couple of decades. She has put in the work.”
