For years, it has been safer to mail tax refunds, Social Security checks, draft registrations, prescription drugs, passports, your driver’s license, or the actual ID you use to VOTE, then I would say it is safe to vote by mail. Don’t let any politician or any talking head on TV tell your otherwise. They are also voting by mail.
Everyone is complaining about inflation. But inflation is very different from corporate greed. Way too many top CEO’s are now now bragging about gouging and inflating the price of their products because they can. They are bragging about getting multi-million dollar bonuses because things are going so great. How are things so great if this is inflation?
No wonder Trump complained that it took “fifteen tries” to flush his toilet. Besides the obvious explanation is he was also trying to flush presidential documents.
Indiana workers have the flexibility to choose when and where they work, so many of them have chosen to leave Indiana. Indiana likes to tout its “Business-friendly” policies. The state is profoundly not “worker-friendly.” Many people are leaving for other states which offer better wages, legal protection, worker rights, work environment and quality of life.
Remember the saying “ignorance of the law is no excuse”? Turns out that’s more American legal mumbo-jumbo. Now legal experts are saying that Trump cannot be prosecuted for his criminal mishandling of documents “if he didn’t know” it was a crime, or “if he didn’t intend” to break the law, or if he didn’t destroy them “willfully.” What? Documents accidentally ended up in the toilet, or were unintentionally torn to shreds, or just by happenstance packed into fifteen boxes and shipped to Mar-a-Lago? So, a president can break the law willy-nilly, and unless it can be proven that he “intended” to do so, there is no crime. But shoplift that Snickers bar and see what happens. Unbelievable.
Mayor Snedecor, Remember when you were so outraged that Speaker Pelosi ripped up a ceremonial copy of a speech? Well, what say you now that the failed, defeated, former guy has mishandled and destroyed official, top secret documents? Crickets……
Someone is behind the Canadian trucker protest. With the pandemic winding down and mandates being lifted now, all of a sudden the truckers are up in arms? They can sit with their trucks idle for weeks and can still pay for fuel, licenses, taxes and vehicle upkeep? Either they’re being funded by someone behind the scenes or they paid dues to be able to not work and still get paid, like our Republican commentator accuses Democrats of doing. The protest has been praised by Trump, Ted Cruz, and Fox News. This tells us who’s behind the movement. It’s a smokescreen to hide the missing papers and phone calls from the White House. Or in other words, Trumpgate.
These truckers are domestic terrorists. No one has a right to damage the American economy. Auto manufacturers are closing plants and laying off workers, who need this income to support their families. If you need car repairs, prepare to do without your car for weeks when they can’t get parts. Are you ok with that? Far right big money is funding these phony “protests” only to cause chaos to make Biden look bad. Never mind it hurts working families, the very group the far right claims to support. Just lies and more lies.
Fox “news” is cheering on truckers blocking the U.S.-Canadian border. Why? Because it causes supply chain disruption, which is the main cause of inflation. They’re doing it to spike inflation, to make Biden look bad for the mid term elections. Doubt that? States are dropping mask and vaccine requirements as the virus recedes. There’s no need to protest now. It’s all about stoking inflation. And hurting Americans. Far right money is funding these protests. Why do you vote for them?

Arizona Senate candidate Jim Lamon has released a disturbing ad of him firing a massive handgun at actors portraying President Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and Senator Mark Kelly. Kelly’s wife — former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords was shot in the head by a would-be assassin. Why is this allowable? Why do Republicans running for any office think they have to use weapons in their campaign ads?
On February 5, 2022, President Biden announced that arrests at the Mexican border hit a record 1.9 million last year, but with fewer migrants released in the U.S. versus previous years. Why isn’t this bigger news? It’s almost like people don’t want to hear the good news.
Anyone that makes excuses for Donald Trump or the rioters at the insurrection are not true Americans. They are free to give up their citizenship and go to any country that will have them and their un-democratic views.
