Burglary

Nothing was reported stolen after Guidepost Montessori, 1745 22nd St., was broken into at 8:21 a.m. Jan. 3.

Miscellaneous property was reported stolen at 1:11 a.m. Jan. 4 from a vehicle parked on the first block of Regent Drive.

Theft

Maia S. Coleman, 18, of the 1600 block of South Peridot Court, Joliet, was charged with retail theft at 6:18 p.m. Dec. 30 after taking unspecified merchandise from Neiman Marcus, 6 Oakbrook Center.

Reylanie M. Esquivel, 57, of the 100 block of Ann Street, Clarendon Hills, was charged with retail theft at 6:28 p.m. Jan. 5 after taking unspecified merchandise from Nordstrom, 10 Oakbrook Center.

Lavell Robinson, 45, of the 12400 block of Meadow Lane, Blue Island, was charged with retail theft at 4:24 p.m. Jan. 2 after taking unspecified merchandise from Nieman Marcus, 6 Oakbrook Center.

A Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT was reported stolen at 4:13 p.m. Jan. 2 from the green parking lot at Oakbrook Center.

Weapons

Joshua D. Kelly, 28, of the 1500 block of West 162nd Street, Markham, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon at 3:44 p.m. Jan. 1 after police made a traffic stop on the 1400 block of 22nd Street.

Lyle L. Booker, 34, of the 5800 block of South Princeton Avenue, Chicago, was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon at 1:44 p.m. Jan. 3 at Nieman Marcus, 6 Oakbrook Center.
